HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR PARENTS NSW VOUCHERS TO USE AT AUSSIE ARK!

  1. Visit the Service NSW page: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/dine-discover-nsw-vouchers-address-check
  2. Enter your residential address to check when you can apply for vouchers.
  3. If eligible, select ‘Apply online’.
  4. Log in, or create, your MyServiceNSW Account.
  5. Follow the prompts to apply for the vouchers.

If successful, you’ll:

  • find the vouchers under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Service NSW App.
  • receive an email from Service NSW with the vouchers available to download and print.

How to use your Parents NSW vouchers to redeem for a $50 Aussie Ark Discount Ticket

  1. Select the valid Parents NSW voucher you wish to use. (Make sure it hasn’t been used as yet)
  2. Enter the Parents NSW voucher code into our online portal on this page.
  3. You will receive an email with your unique Aussie Ark $50 Discount Ticket
  4. Enter your Aussie Ark Discount Ticket in the ‘Apply Discount Code’ section of our online checkout and it will be applied to your purchase, or here at Aussie Ark in person. You can apply multiple Aussie Ark Discount Codes to your purchase.
  5. Aussie Ark Discount Tickets are valid for one-time use only, and work the same as your Parents NSW Vouchers. They are non-refundable and cannot be used past the 9 October 2022. Any un-used Aussie Ark Discount tickets after October 9 2022, will be deemed as forfeited tickets.
  6. Your Service NSW Account will show that the respective Parents NSW voucher has been used.
