Our Partners

The Australian Reptile Park was established in 1948 by the late Eric Worrell. It is the only zoo in Australia committed to saving lives through its antivenom milking program, which has been in place for over 50 years - saving more than 300 lives each year as the sole supplier of raw venom for the production of antivenom. The Australian Reptile Park is the driving force behind Aussie Ark and has donated significant funding, resources, and time to ensure the success of the project.

Saving wildlife species from extinction is the driving force behind Re:wild, working with partners such as Aussie Ark to ensure species are around for generations to come. Re:wild has built its success upon a foundation of excellence in exploration, research, and conservation. Re:wild’s three key goals are: Save Species, Protect Wildlands, and Build a Better World.

Aussie Ark is built on land owned by the Packer family for the term of the project. This support has provided Aussie Ark with the space and stability needed to establish a sustainable insurance population and room for future expansion.

Glencore has operated in Australia for over 20 years with interests across a range of industries nationwide. Headquartered in Sydney, Glencore employs over 15,000 Australians. Its partnership with Aussie Ark began as the company sought local environmental projects with tangible outcomes near its Upper Hunter operations.

The Wright Burt Foundation is a charitable organisation that invests in causes with lasting impact, including conservation, community, and education. By supporting Aussie Ark, the Foundation is backing tangible, outcome-driven projects that address Australia’s extinction crisis and create hope for generations to come.

AGL has been proudly Australian for more than 185 years, serving 4.3 million customers and operating the country’s largest private electricity generation portfolio. Employees from AGL’s Liddell and Bayswater Power Stations have supported Aussie Ark through fundraising, volunteering, and the 2023 Bayswater Charity Ball.
Ausgrid is Australia’s largest electricity distributor, powering homes and businesses across New South Wales. The Bowden Marsden Foundation is dedicated to driving positive social and environmental change through philanthropy. The Foundation’s commitment to supporting innovative projects that protect and restore Australia’s natural heritage has made it a valued partner of Aussie Ark. Australian Power Equipment is a leading supplier of electrical infrastructure solutions, proudly supporting industries across the country. FAME has been a key supporter since the very beginning of Aussie Ark. So convinced by the Aussie Ark concept, FAME made its largest-ever contribution to a conservation project to ensure it could be established. FAME is a national registered charity, a tax-deductible gift recipient organisation, and an Aussie Ark partner, reliant upon individual donations to help curb the extinction of Australia’s most endangered species.

WIRES, Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organisation, has been caring for native animals 365 days a year for almost 35 years. WIRES’ mission is to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife—and inspire others to do the same. Each year, WIRES provides rescue assistance for tens of thousands of sick, injured, orphaned, and displaced animals, and runs approximately 100 training courses.

The University of Technology Sydney is recognised as one of Australia’s leading universities for innovation and industry collaboration. Aussie Ark has partnered with UTS on important conservation projects, combining academic expertise with practical, on-the-ground outcomes to protect Australia’s threatened wildlife.

Ranked among the top 250 universities globally, Western Sydney University has worked closely with Aussie Ark on several key initiatives, including the successful rewilding of the Manning River Turtle.
